Shipping Policy

We currently ship to eligible addresses in the United States. Orders may be fulfilled by third-party suppliers, who may ship products directly to you.

Processing Time
Orders generally require 1–3 business days to process before dispatch.

Delivery Estimates
Estimated delivery for eligible U.S. orders is generally 5–8 business days after dispatch. This is an estimate, not a guarantee. The delivery estimate shown on the product page or at checkout takes precedence. Actual delivery times depend on the carrier, destination, and other factors.

Shipping Charges
Applicable shipping charges will be displayed at checkout. Free shipping is offered only when clearly stated for the relevant order.

Tracking
When tracking is available, we will send via email. Tracking details may take several business days to show updates.

Delayed or Missing Orders
If your order has not arrived within 30 business days after dispatch, email rafianasir95@gmail.com with your order number so we can investigate. If we cannot ship within the promised time, we will notify you and provide cancellation or refund options as required by applicable law.

Split Shipments and Additional Charges
Items in one order may arrive in separate packages. Any applicable import duties, taxes, or carrier charges will be handled as disclosed at checkout and in accordance with applicable law.

This policy does not limit any consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.
